Worked as a Personal Trainer at World Gym Scarborough for 3 years. 6 years of personal training experience. Opened and started up the fitness department at World Gym Scarborough. Specializes in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Fat Loss, & Lifestyle Coaching. Volunteered and helped organize multiple fitness mentorship programs for troubled highschool students throughout Toronto. My passion in life is helping others maximize their full potentials.
