Biography:

As a dedicated student Shawn graduated from York University with a degree in Kinesiology. While growing and learning, Shawn followed his dreams and became a successful Personal Trainer skilled in physiotherapy and nutrition. Shawn currently specializes in strength training and conditioning as well as sport specification training.
