Biography:

Jamil Abdalla has had a passion for fitness from a very young age. Right from taking part in sports such as baseball, basketball, hockey, football, rugby, track and field to anything that had wheels, scooters, bicycles, skate boards, roller blades. etc. Jamil’s vocabulary did not include the word CAN’T.

Jamil disciplined himself to work hard and train hard six days a week to attain his Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. He dedicated more years to attaining his Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, First Aid and CPR to become a qualified National Lifeguard.

As time went on Jamil chose to follow in the footsteps of his father and started to explore the world of body building. Jamil trained, persisted and was determined to try his skills with competitive body building. Today Jamil’s desire for living a healthy lifestyle drives him to continue educating himself with the past and current fitness and nutritional trends.

He now prides himself as a Certified Personal Trainer. Jamil uses his love and passion for the sport to invigorate and motivate clients to do what is required to walk in their shoes with pride and confidence. His inspiration and accountability earns the trust and respect of all of his clients whether it be in a one on one session or a group session. Jamil believes health and safety always comes first!
